Called twice to see if they had 10 arborvitae available. They checked and said they did. When we got there, you can see these arborvitae were in bad shape and were already yellowing, dying. Not only did we refuse the trees, the nursery was pushing them off as healthy! What a waste of time. Response to owner. Your arborvitae were yellow and your own employee who was going to help load us told us not to buy them. We found healthy green arborvitae just down the road from you that are healthy and look much better than the yellow dying ones at your nursery . Please see photo attached so you know what healthy emerald green arborvitae look like. THIS PHOTO IS NOT FROM MAPLE LEAF!

Soooooo much exotica! I wanted to buy it all, alas I don't have the space, climate, or money. Individual veggie pots were "ok." (I'm old school & yearn for the $14 tray with 10, 6packs ...circa 2022)

The farm is magical from moment you step in. Employees are super friendly and everything was done so beautiful . Reindeer rides are exciting for the little ones, the multitude of displays are enchanting. Train ride is wonderful, we saw a bull, sheep kissing each other. Magical! Highly recommend it!

Look at this 2 months later trees are dying. And of course MLF puts the blame on us not watering the trees enough. We even paid 60 per tree to have them planted by the farm! 2600 down the drain and they act like it was 50 bucks spent. No care in the world. We followed the directions given to us by the planter. When I followed up with the farm once one tree turned all brown and the others started changing pretty quickly they said they have resources in how to care for the trees. Basically if I didn’t take them it’s my problem. If I knew where they were or better yet if I was provided with them maybe I wouldn’t be experiencing this problem unless their trees are sick!!!! From the reviews on their pines it looks like a common theme!!! There is no accountability taken in their part not even an apology which can go a long way. No care in the world for customer satisfaction or customer service. I’ve could have gone to another store but decided to go with them … big mistake don’t do the same !!!!!! MLF and you can reply with yet another poor response. Reading through your responses to the negative reviews you get highly offended and start yapping away with the fingers. It’s called POOR C
